We've made this salad a few times and it works well with both a balsamic vinaigrette or a Caesar dressing. The salad makes enough for two people to have it as a main course or four people to have it as a side dish.
This time, we did a balsamic dressing and made these salads specifically for work. We have these amazing containers that make it so easy to bring a salad to work without making a mess or having soggy salad. And best of all, the prosciutto was still crispy the next day!
