These are absolutely delicious and easy to make! I will say it is a bit sticky so have extra flour on hand while rolling out. I know it says to roll out to 3/4 inch thick. We rolled them out a bit thinner than that. It created a ton of scones and they turned out perfectly. They do puff up a bit in the oven so don't be afraid if they're a little thin -- just be careful that they don't burn!
One thing I love about this recipe is that you can freeze the dough in case (like us) you are feeding a small group of people or want to make the dough in advance.
