This was the first time we ever made a cauliflower puree! We've eaten it a lot in numerous restaurants around Los Angeles but never tried it on our own until now. It turned out pretty good and I know we can make it even better. Who knew cauliflower puree was so quick and easy to make?
Another one of our favorite side dishes is prosciutto wrapped asparagus. We love eating asparagus so why not wrap it in prosciutto? This of all the meal planning recipes was one of the easiest to do.
Everything here reheated pretty well. We added a little more olive oil to the chicken so it wouldn't dry out in the microwave. We also kept the prosciutto off the asparagus until it was already reheated.
