We made some alterations to the recipe. First, a lot of the comments on this recipe said it was too spicy. I made sure to not add too much seasoning until later on to control the spiciness... someone in our house doesn't like a lot of spice! We also did not need to cook it as long as it suggested. The last step said to let it cook for 20 minutes but after a few minutes it was getting dried out so we stopped before it became more of a salad! Watch your chili. As it gets close to the end of the directions, make sure the seasoning is just right and the flavor excites you!
